Shock-resistant and stable energy storage battery is a structural reinforced energy storage product designed for vibration-prone, impact-intensive and complex terrain operation scenarios, focusing on overall structural stability, anti-mechanical impact performance and consistent charge-discharge efficiency under dynamic vibration conditions. Most conventional energy storage batteries adopt lightweight assembled structures, which are prone to cell displacement, wiring loosening and internal separator fracture under frequent vibration, collision and seismic shaking. This upgraded battery adopts an integrated die-cast aluminum alloy integral frame, with multi-point shock-absorbing damping brackets installed between single cells and module shells, forming a three-level anti-seismic buffer system including bottom damping, middle fixing and top pressure limiting.

For seismic performance optimization, the battery complies with international IEC 60068 seismic vibration standards and municipal building seismic grade 8 resistance requirements. The interior adopts high-viscosity structural glue integral bonding process to fix monomer cells, abandoning traditional plastic buckle assembly methods, which avoids cell friction and displacement during horizontal seismic shaking and vertical impact fall. The external wiring harness uses high-flexibility shielded anti-loosening terminals and spring-locking wiring ports, which will not fall off or cause circuit intermittent disconnection under continuous mechanical vibration. Meanwhile, the built-in anti-offset safety partition prevents internal short circuit caused by cell collision during strong impact, greatly improving operational safety in dynamic environments.

Adapted to diversified mobile and seismic scenarios, this battery is widely applied in vehicle-mounted mobile energy storage, mountain wind power off-grid energy storage, construction site mobile power supply, and building seismic reserve power systems. Its dedicated BMS system adds vibration frequency monitoring and impact early warning modules, which automatically limits high-rate discharge when abnormal vibration is detected to protect internal cell structures. In long-term road bump vibration and regional earthquake simulation tests, the battery keeps 99.6% continuous power supply stability, with zero cell damage and zero capacity loss. It reduces equipment failure rate caused by mechanical shocks, cuts module replacement frequency, and guarantees long-term stable energy output for vibration-sensitive energy storage scenarios.
